W5 Fortune Favors the Brave Results: Hutnik Claims Light Heavyweight European Championship

W5 Kickboxing held their European League 42 event at the Rebuys Casino today, titled “Fortune Favors the Brave,” in a night of fast-paced kickboxing action that saw few knockouts and more fighters going to war within three rounds. Daniel Gallardo was able to claim the W5 Welterweight European Championship with a big win over Andrej Kedves. There have been a few changes to the W5: Fortunes Favor the Brave fight card that is coming up on November 11th in Kosice. Viktor Bogutzki was forced to drop out of his fight with Viktor Pavlicek, with Janos Koczfan taking his place instead. Habash Antoine was also forced to drop out, which means that Andrej Kedves will be vying for the W5 Welterweight European Championship against Daniel Gallardo. On November 11th, in conjunction with Rebuy Stars, W5 returns to Slovenia with W5 Kosice. The event features two European championship bouts as well as a host of other fights. In the main event, Ondrej Hutnik will take on Miran Fabjan for the W5 Light Heavyweight European Championship, with Hutnik currently the promotion’s top ranked light heavyweight. W5 Kickboxing heads to Slovenia today with W5 Legends Collide in Koper, headlined by Dzevad Poturak against Miran Fabjan. You can follow all of the action live via their iPPV coverage, located here. Igor Mihaljević in Against Envar Slijvar at W5 Legends Collide

There’s another replacement for W5 Legends Collide, which goes down on September 16th. The card that sees a main event between European heavyweight legend Dzevad Poturak and Miran Fabjan, as well as a title defense from the 70kg sensation Vlad Tuinov has one update to the heavyweight opener on the main card. What was formerly Envar Slijvar against Tomislav Cikotic is now Envar Slijvar against Igor Mihaljević. On September 16, 2017 in Koper, Slovenia the young superstar Vlad Tuinov will step into the ring to fight Danish great Rhassan Muhareb.
