Massaro Glunder Joins GLORY 42 Tournament on Three-Days Notice

(GLORY Sports International/James Law)

If there is one thing that Massaro Glunder knows about, it is short-notice fights. Just last week he fought in Melvin Manhoef’s WFL against Andy Souwer under MMA rules in the main event after Souwer’s opponent was forced to drop out at the last moment. That’s just a thing Glunder does. His record might reflect that in some ways, as he doesn’t always win, especially jumping around weight classes, but he’s without a doubt one of the best fighters in the world when he is fighting around 65kg. This fight will be at 70kg, but it’s Massaro Glunder and he is always up for a challenge.

So when Stoyan Koprivlenski couldn’t make it for the GLORY 42 Lightweight Contender’s tournament against Niclas Larsen, the master of the moment, Massaro Glunder, once again stepped up.

This is a fantastic pick-up by GLORY regardless of notice or intent, or even weight class.
