Serbian promotion Collision Fighting League (CFL) has plans to bring the excitement of K-1 kickboxing and mixed martial arts (MMA) to the passionate Serbian fans, while introducing fans to battle-tested veterans fighters from Serbia as well as promising prospects. On September 30th CFL will run its first event, headlined by dual main events; one in MMA, the other in K-1 rules.

CFL will be airing on Pink TV and already has bold plans heading into 2018, with 10 events planned and international television partners lined up to bring Serbia’s top stars in kickboxing and MMA to an international audience. The ten events will include three larger, arena events and seven studio events. The company was founded by Nikola Pavkovic, Alexandre Mitrovic and Ned Kuruc, the team responsible for the K-1 Serbia events. Kuruc comes directly from K-1 Global, having organized events for the promotion up until recently and serves as the director of CFL.
