BraddockAnderson "Braddock" Silva is one of those Kickboxers who has made a pretty big impact on the European Kickboxing world over the past few years. The Brazilian-born fighter really came into the spotlight last year with a series of losses to some big name fighters in Badr Hari and Remy Bonjasky as well as Gokhan Saki, holding his own and really applying the pressure. It was the moment when Braddock went from a prospect to a fighter that everyone knew that they had to pay close attention to.

Now, according to a recent interview (translated by our friends at Ataque Total) it looks like Braddock has been giving some serious thought to the sport of MMA. He's been training with Team Nogeuira in Brazil of late, at first to help train Big Nog for his bout with Fabricio Werdum on June 8th and now is starting to really give it some mind.

His first task is his upcoming bout at GLORY 8 Tokyo where he says that he will fight an undisclosed fighter of Indian descent, but he has mentioned wanting to possibly testing the waters in MMA and seeing where he goes from there. Braddock is still only 26 and if he could spend a few years training his jiu-jitsu and wrestling he could be a true force to be reckoned with in MMA.
