Local Kombat Onesti went down today in Onesti, Romania with a bunch of up and coming Romanian fighters and some SuperKombat veterans in front of a sold out crowd of 2000 people.
The 30 year old SuperKombat and Local Kombat veteran Ionut Atodiresei won the WAKO K-1 rules world title from Spain's Aitor Eguzkiza with a five round decision.
Other SuperKombat veterans on the card included Adrian Mitu, who defeated Yasin El Hana by unanimous decision and Miodrag Olar, who lost by unanimous decision to Philippe Salmon.
SuperKombat's final event of the year will be on December 22 in Bucharest. The event will feature the finals of this year's SuperKombat WGP tournament with Benjamin Adegbuyi, Pavel Zhuravlev, Ismael Londt and Sebastian Ciobanu.
