Tomorrow in Minsk, Belarus, a number of the top Belarussian fighters will return to the ring.
Vitali Akhramenko seemingly disappeared after winning the Fight Code heavyweight tournament last year, but he'll be back in action tomorrow. He takes on Elvin Abbasov, a Russian journeyman fighter who he should get a win over.
Dmitry Shakuta, one of the top light heavyweights, also returns and will fight Sergei Papusha of Ukraine at 81kg. Shakuta is coming off a win over another Ukrainian, Igor Lapin, via a rare, in his case, knockout.
Chingiz Allazov is a fighter who I consider to be one of, if not the best up and coming fighter in the sport. Originally scheduled to fight at Thai Boxe Mania next week against Warren Stevelmans, Allazov instead fights here and faces the Ukrainian fighter Sergei Kulyaba at 69kg. The fight will be under full Muay Thai rules, but three rounds.
Other notables on the card include Slovakia's Vladimir Idranyi, who fights at 81kg against fellow Tatneft veteran Pavel Turuk of Belarus.
