Lion Fight 7 is coming up this weekend, headlined by Joe Schilling squaring off against Eddie Walker, but on the undercard there is a whole hell of a lot going on as well. One of the bigger fights on the undercard is Jeri Sitzes vs. Tiffany Van Soest for the WBC 122lbs International Championship. Jeff Dojillo of Can't Stop Crazy caught up with Tiffany to get her thoughts on the upcoming fight and she talks about sacrificing her professional career to chase her dream.
