The fight card for GLORY 3 Rome: Final 8 on November 3 in Rome, Italy is filling up. Dzhabar Askerov vs. Yoshihiro Sato and Fabio Pinca vs. Alessandro Campagna were added to the cards as reserve bouts recently and today two super fights were announced.

Jordan Watson will make his GLORY debut on the card, as he faces the Italian fighter Mustapha Haida. Watson is one of England's top fighters and has hung tough with opponents like Buakaw and Saiyok Pumphanmuang, but is still searching for one big win to really establish himself as a top player at 70kg. Haida was showcased at Fight Code earlier this year where he won a decision over Hunkar Kilic. The experience edge definitely goes to Jordan Watson here, and he's definitely who I expect to win but it'll be interesting to see if Haida has improved from March and if he's able to put up a good fight.

At 72.5kg, new GLORY signee, Alka Matewa of Belgium fights Italy's Marco Re. Re is also a Fight Code veteran like Haida, and he last fought there in May in Hungary, where he defeated Norbert Balogh by unanimous decision. Both Re and Matewa are up and comers, though Matewa has an edge in experience and the level of competition that he's faced.

This is a huge chance for the up and coming Italian fighters to prove and make a name for themselves not just only in Italy, but in kickboxing circles around the world.
