Catalin Morosanu's First Proposal As Politician Passes Unanimously

If you didn't know, aside from being a star kickboxer, Catalin Morosanu is also a politician in his home of Iasi, Romania where he's part of the council of the Iasi area.

Yesterday Morosanu made his first political proposal, and it passed unanimously. Morosanu has said that he would support sports and that's what his proposal was all about. He proposed that Alin Moldoveanu, the Romanian Olympic gold medalist in shooting be given 10 000 Ron (Romanian currency) from the Iasi area council to support the athlete and sport in Romania.

Aside from politics, Morosanu is also busy preparing for the K-1 Final 16 on October 14 in Tokyo, Japan. After that, he fights in the SuperKombat Final Elimination on November 10. [source]
