When Glory purchased It's Showtime, it did mean that the Kickboxing world was becoming partially united once again, but for commentators Vinny "Showtime" Shoreman and Kieran Keddle, it meant that their positions might be in a bit of limbo. We've been petitioning on Twitter for Shoreman and Keddle to keep their jobs, but it looks like we might be seeing them again soon, Shoreman at least. Of course, they will be doing the It's Showtime event in Tenerife, Spain, but on top of that, Vinny Shoreman will be in Los Angeles for K-1's Open Tryouts, serving as the host.
Sadly, Kieran was busy, but having Vinny there shows that K-1 is looking to secure some of the people that fans know and love. Shoreman is one of the few commentators in the sport whose pure love and passion for the sport comes across in every single event, much like Michael "The Voice" Schiavello. We very much look forward to hearing Shoreman at future events and hope that if he does begin working for K-1, that Kieran Keddle will join him as well, as they make for a very good team that many have grown very accustomed to and grown to love.
