RomieIt seemed like as good of a time as any to bring the world some positive K-1 news right about now. K-1 has been incredibly secretive when it comes to their upcoming show in Los Angeles, including what fighters are participating, what the format will be and what the match ups will be. So color me surprised when I was browsing around tonight and saw this article on Total Muay Thai. Romie Adanza's name had already been floating around in relation to this event, but it was unclear who he would fight because his size clearly does not line up with K-1's traditional weight classes.

It looks like he will be rematching Bad Company's Andy Howson in a rematch of a 2010 bout that went down in the United States. Of course, this time it is under the K-1 banner and will be taking place under K-1 rules. Sadly, there is no footage of that bout available online for anyone who wanted to check it out, but alas. Go ahead and check out the rest of the interview here.
