Capital PunishmentAustralia's ever-burgeoning Kickboxing and Fight scene continues to march forward as Capital Punishment puts on their sixth card on August 25th in Canberra, Australia. There are a few big bouts set to take place, featuring Ben Edwards, Paul Slowinski and Doug Viney.

Ben Edwards is set to fight in a Boxing match, taking on Shane Tyliard for the Australian Heavyweight Boxing Championship, looking to add to his trophy collection in his so far unblemished professional boxing career. This is all a warm up for what appears to be a slot in the K-1 World Grand Prix Final 16, which is heavily rumored to be his.

Paul Slowinski, also rumored for the K-1 World Grand Prix Final 16, will do battle in a K-1 rules contest against Doug Viney, with both men former K-1 Oceania Champions in their own right.

Look for more information as the event approaches.
